Best! Enjoyable!Clean
We stayed here for 3d2n. Checknin&out was fast.Room is very clean and no visible dust. Housekeeper came on the 2nd day to tidy up the room and provide new towels and etc. Sauna is working. Electrical item in room also working fine. Pool is clean.Breakfast have a lot of choices and the taste is not bad. No Charlie founded. I also saw they sanitized few places in the hotel especially the elevator. Will definately recommended others to stay here.

Good enviroment for relaxing out of town.
My girls love it as its so convience for them to swim during the stay. And really comfortable especially the pillow oh my, the pillow is so firm not like other hotel which provide so thin pillow. And the front office is so helpful because i'm traveling with 3 girls. Especially mr rozlan n mr prakash is so helpful n thoughful.. the security there is so alert with the surrounding. Thank you lexis for the tip top services. I will definitely come back again... see you guys soon..

Best staycation for family
Despite all the bad review from other i think my room were the best even the pool is clean the check in was smooth. And the parking is free. Dont read the bad review sometimes its written by an idiot.

Stay relax n comfortable
I'm an asthmatic person who is very sensitive to dust. I have watched a YouTube review with a complaint about dusty rooms. Even after being given another room, it was as dusty as the first one. For the price the patron paid, it was just not worth it. I was luckier on the other hand. After explaining my health condition, I got a room which was really dust free when I checked in. Feeling thankful and greatful for their efforts to meet my requirement, I should thank the management for the good service. I'll surely stay here again when I need to spend the night in Penang.

The best experience ever! I am so coming back!
We were welcome with warmth & the most friendly service team that we ever faced. We've been to many 4/5 stars hotel, but they are way exceptional than others. They're willing to go the distance to be able to fit in any situation. Their team, recommended a number of good places to visit & to eat even without us, asking. They are very friendly towards my toddler too! It was our 3rd year anniversary & they gave us a complimentary cake which is lovely! The boat ride provided by the hotel was breathtaking lead by Rizal. He and his team took great care of us and even look out for our toddler. The best memory that we ever had! We even spotted dolphins! One of the pulau have a restaurant & served mee udang & fresh seafood. A great & delightful taste! The room was exceptional even though I read many reviews that they saw dead insects at the pool, etc. It cannot be helped as it is outdoor facing the nature. It is understandable. You can just call room service & they will clean & clear it!

We had a great stay
From before check in until after check out, the staff were so nice. What a great team. Food was so good. Front desk and technical team were great and quick to solve our tv problem. Housekeeping was excellent. Our family really enjoyed our 3 days and 2 nights here.

Best private pool in Penang
My kids will definitely suggest this suite again. He had a great time with the pool and the steam room!!!

Best hotel
Amazingly perfect. the service was fast. Super clean. Breakfast was great. The only problem is the ants. We could not keep food in the room, an army of ants will come to attack!

Bad experience during check in turned to good ending when checking out
Special shout out to Raymond And Ian Patineau from Front office for quickly managing and apologising for the issues which they are not the cause from personally during checkout. In short, tech lobby at 3.03pm saw a long Queue..so joined it..ended up queue 63minutes to check in! Everyone was pissed. After paint and signing, you thought the worse is over right. NO.! Now u need to wait for room key another 30mins haha! Riddiculous. 4.50pm checked into room. WOW! AWESOME ROOM. NO COMPLAINTS. pool is great and kids loved it. Bed was double king. Next morning waiting for breakfast as they serve it up (pre-ordered while checking in) 10am. Food came but all incorrect! My wife took to FB and launched some direct dissatisfied comments to the hotel directly. Within minutes we had a reply. While checking out was stopped by the front office where they apologised. In short I had a bad start but the room was good. Very good. Highly recommended.

Two words: Private Pool
Lexis Suites Penang is suitable for big parties and families looking for a short staycation. Their selling point are the private pools and large rooms. Besides that, the hotel is quite dated and nothing to cheer about. Pros: Private pool. Large room, good view. Friendly and attentive service staff. Indoor playground for kids. Arcade, spa and karaoke. (Prices are expensive, however) Breakfast buffet has fries and hash browns, suitable for kids. Free multilevel carpark. Cons: Dated hotel, some stains seen on pillowcases and sheets. Lots of Charlie bugs and other critters (even on high floors). Steam room unable to reach high temperature and trap the steam inside, making it feel redundant. Glass windows from the bathroom and balcony are not well cleaned, which is a shame as the view is nice but the grimy windows can be seen on pictures. Hotel is in a very remote location, with no/limited nearby mini marts or tourist landmarks. You will need to drive to most places. Poor soundproofing, alot of door slamming sounds can be heard from the corridor. Carpark can be difficult to navigate as the ramp is in a weird rectangular/oval shape I highly recommend this place for families with kids. If I were a kid in a hotel room with a private pool, it would be the coolest memory of my childhood.

Worth to stay
Everything is good. They gave us cookies every evening 🥰 even we are not ordered. All the facilities well functioning. Will stay here again next time.

Recommend to pack up food upon check in otherwise will not have sufficient time enjoying the pool inside the room. The room is so comfort and clean. You will enjoy your time spend in the room. For those who wish to relax this is the place.

Unhappy Breakfast
Overall stay in in this hotel is good. The private pool and bathtub is extremely clean. Love the room condition, cozy and luxury. The only thing is breakfast variety not much, additional breakfast charges for per person is RM60, BUT THE BREAKFAST SPREAD IS NOT MUCH CHOICES, NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Can you imagine, this is the first hotel I stayed where they do not have basic pan cake in their breakfast menu. Other than that, everything is perfectly fine with this hotel. Thumbs up!!

Very recommended for those who have kids, who love to swim and you can monitor them from afar! They also have bath tub and even a sauna! Unbelievable! They also gave us a welcome meal n cake too! Thanks once again LEXIS SUITE PENANG! Will prefer u again for next time!
