MY 2nd HOME
My husband is from Melaka and we hate going to his mums house cause of all the fights we have. So La Crista has been there since we got married in 2020 in their amazing hall. The food, the staff esp Mr. OH the sweetest manager. And not forgetting the cleanliness. Trust me I have a 1-year-old baby and it is so easy to stay here with him. I love this hotel. Worth every penny. Will be back soon. Thank you!
One of the best stay!
Definitely one of the best looking place to stay, comfortable, clean, beautiful and good food. The location is also good as you can walk to a lot of places from the hotel itself. If you have a big car like big SUV and limo size Definitely recommend to park at the ground floor as the exit of the carpark is very narrow and maneuvering out is a bit difficult but other normal size ones are 👍
New management, new experience
Previously known as Avilion Hotel. This hotel is surprisingly comfortable plus strategic location. When the staf told me about the new management took over this hotel and they will decorate the hotel and change some of the furnitures, and they did..the room hotel is different from my previous stay when they were known as Avilion Hotel..Love it..love the lobby with magnificent ceiling..love the hotel smell so refreshing..love the bed and pillow super comfy..definitely will come again..
Worth to come back
- strategic location, near to Melaka attraction areas and easy access - thank you so much to front office staff Aiman who help us on the room arrangement and special request for birthday cake before we arrive. He also very friendly and helpful. Fast check-in - coming for 2nd time during previous management but this time is much more better. Hotel room is new, nice, clean and comfortable - buffet breakfast have variety of food and delicious. Roti canai is superb. Staff very helpful and friendly - no towel provide at swimming pool - overall, worth to come back
Exceptional
Spent a 2D1N with a group of friends. Mainly for sleeping only. The hotel exceeded my expectation and was clean with little noise to the room. (I was located further from the lift) Pool was small but was ok for a short swim I guess. The staff were friendly and tried to rush the room for us when we reached before the check in time. They willingly sent the remaining key up to our room when they are ready. For this price range it is definitely worth it for a short weekend stay. Highly recommended!
The MOST EPIC STAY
I have an eight month baby and let me tell you from the start. Thanks to Mr Oh whom recognized us and treated us for high tea. He is the most humblest yet kindest DO you can ever meet. They way he talks and enquires is the most heart warming thing ever. Then comes receptionist. Shamerul I tell you he was the most helpful person. He was so kind and respectful to me and my family. He helped us to get late check out because of my baby. He gave us the cleanest room with fast check in. The stay was so peaceful and staff was so humble. I hope to come back soon and have Mr Oh and Shamerul again. Kudos and thank you for a great stay.
Exceptional
First off, Lacrista is a very beautiful hotel. Secondly, the room was spacious and had adequate lighting as well as a relaxing ambience. The washroom and shower were clean as well. Overall, I will definitely choose Lacrista again during my next trip.
A good stay
Had a one night stay at the hotel. The room was clean and pretty. The bed was so comfy! and the staff were all polite too. But very dissapointed with the breakfast. Dont think paying RM38 extra for breakfast was worth it as it was an ala carte order and they had a lousy salad bar. I had a big breakfast - 3 sausages, 2 hashbrowns, ommelete, chicken slices, baked beans and tomato. But the omelete was good tho. They do have bread selection, but a small one. Overall, the stay was great just not the breakfast ✨
The fantastic hotel at Melaka
The room was clean and neat. The staff was very polite. All the staff is welcoming with pleasant smile. One thing is disappointed me, the rules for room make up. Hope the management consider for the customer who request to make up the room even they not extend the stay or just check in. The customer might need the room to make up for some other reason especially for the couples.

First time stayed at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful during check in and check out. Ill give them 5 stars for the hospitality. The breakfast spread was good. Should try their roti canai. Looking foward to stay again at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Its a clean and pretty hotel. Rooms are equipped well and looks real good too :) friendly and accomodative staffs. Breakfast was simple but good set of variety - can improvise on juice and coffee choices. Enjoyed my stay here 👍🏻

Truly admire the interior design of the hotel and the room itself. The staff are soo welcoming and the food choices for breakfast buffet was great too. Recommend to all for good stay in Melaka
Clean and Modern
We really love this hotel. It is so beautiful. From check in to check out it is a smooth process. Very impressed with the bathroom flooring with rainshower and not clogged like many hotels. Bed hardness is to our liking and but pillows abit too soft. But the bedsheet have curry stains, I really hope it is changed everytime. Breakfast can be better. Staffs were very helpful & friendly too. The only thing is I went to check out the swimming pool area. It looks pretty but surrounding ceiling needs abit of maintenance. The holes are not pretty. Keep up such a great place! We will definitely stay here again.

Good choice for anyone who wants to travel by bus. Close to Melaka Sentral. Services is great. They have luggage storage for you to put your luggage after check out. You can wander around without your luggage.. location is a bit far from tourist attraction like Jonker Street but still a walking distance. Overall great experience. I will definitely recommend. Other comment not related to Lacrista - Finding grab at Melaka is sometime hard i dont know why. And the traffic is bad. This is on March 2022, where the country's border still not open to international tourist.

Spent my stay with my family of six during school holidays. Really happy to see that they were happy during the stay. Great location for fast and quick access to great viral foods avenues and tourists' attractions spots. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are really warm and cordial. Swimming pools are good too. Not to forget, Love the good spread for breakfast too. Well done LaCrista Hotel Melaka!!! 💕💕💕
